FAQ's


Does it cost any more to use the app?
No, there is no additional charge.

Am I expected to give a tip, when I use the app?
No, there is no expectation at all. It is up to customers’ discretion if they would like to give a tip, as it would be at the bar.

Which payment options are available on the app?
We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit cards and Apple Pay.

What can I order?
The app may be used for ordering drinks, food or both in the same transaction. 

How do I obtain a refund for an order placed on the app?
Please speak to a management team member who can deal with your issue. If necessary, he/she will process the refund on the till. If you believe  

I have been charged more than once for the same transaction. How do I get a refund?
Occasionally, orders are not successfully processed, and a repeat order is placed by the customer. If the charge is processed for the failed order, this should be refunded automatically. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. The timeframe can vary, depending on the customer’s bank.

How do I obtain a receipt for an order placed on the app?
A receipt for each order will be sent to the e-mail address which you nominate.

My meal includes a drink: how do I add one?
When you select the dish, a pop-up menu will prompt you to choose a drink from our ‘Includes a drink’ meal-deal range. If this pop-up does not appear or you have already added your drink to the basket, you will still receive the deal price.

Is my data secure on the app? What data is captured and how is it used?
We capture and securely store the following data for each customer: first name; last name; e-mail address. This information is used to provide an electronic receipt. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties.

How do I report a bug on the app?
If you would like to report an app bug, please take a screenshot and send it to info@rhodoshotelmorzine.com To allow us to investigate fully, please include the time of your visit, the model of your phone and the operating system version it is running.

Covid-19 Updates

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

The Rhodos Hotel Bar & Restaurant has a longstanding commitment to cleanliness and safety towards our guests and employees. We shall continue this commitment during the public health crisis and will be taking extra measures for your safety whilst staying at Rhodos. Not only do we follow government guidelines, we have also taken our own initiatives in other areas to help with your safety (for example we have introduced screens between tables in the public areas).

Handwashing: Our staff wash their hands frequently and we advise you to do the same, every 30 minutes is recommended. There will also be hand gel available for guests at both public entrances to the hotel, bar & Restaurant.

Staff health: Staff are asked to monitor their health closely and any displaying a high temperature associated with other Covid19 symptoms shall remain or return home.

Guest health: We advise guests not to travel if they are feeling sick and to monitor their temperatures before travelling.

Public areas: There is signage at both entrances to the public areas of the hotel with instructions on social distancing and hygiene precautions being taken on the premises. Our hotel guests are subject to these precautions also, one of which is to wear a mask when moving around inside the public areas (when coming down for breakfast for example). Once seated at a table you will be able to remove your mask.

Cleanliness: We ensure that all our cleaning products are approved disinfectants. In the back of house and kitchen, cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas occurs at least twice a day. All food and drink is prepared following strict hygiene guidelines.

In public areas the cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas occurs multiple times per day.

In the hotel rooms, cleaning and disinfecting protocols require that particular attention is paid to high-touch, hard nonporous items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, tap handles, nightstands and light switches.

In anticipation of individual concerns of guests, housekeeping shall not enter a guest room during a stay unless specifically requested, or approved, by the guest, or to comply with established safety protocols. Housekeeping shall maintain the practice of cleaning rooms thoroughly following check-out. Our linen is cleaned at an accredited laundry service in the region. They follow strict regulations so that linen is cleaned at the correct temperature and with approved products. Our towels are cleaned in house, also to the precise requirements laid down by law during this health crisis.

For takeaway orders

You'll need to look out for and follow these floor signs, both inside and outside to ensure social distancing, masks must be worn. We've introduced designated pick up point for mobile order collections and are sanitising the pick-up point after every visit.

Rhodos Specials

As well as popular draft lagers from around Europe including Peroni and Leffe, we've also the Mutzig Old lager. At 6.9%, Mutzig is famed in the French Alps amongst its seasonaires and tourists alike. We've also taken the Mutzig and given it a retro-twist, creating the Mutzig Snakebite, an apres ski stalwart.

For those of you wanting a more sophisticated tipple we have a range of craft beers from the Meantime brewery in Greenwich, London. These timely and exclusive additions to our draft beers include their Yakima Red, London Lager and London Pale Ale. For the beer drinkers who like to control their own pace of pouring you must order our table top Giraffe; holding 5 pints of Peroni it might just save you one or two trips to the bar.

Sports Bar - 4 Mega Screens

We are true sports fans here at Rhodos. Our love of skiing and snowboarding brought us here and you'll often find our HD TVs showing the World Cup races. Even more important is the Premiership football and Six Nations rugby when the atmosphere can really take off in the bar. However, we are still supporters of the underdog and if your lower league team are on TV and we've nothing else scheduled, just ask our staff and we'll make it happen. We're good like that.
